I need to find the best divorce attorney in San Diego. This need is
urgent. It is for a relative who is in the middle of a divorce and
whose lawyer is proving to be no match at all for the opposition. It's
becoming clearer with each hearing and each motion that our side is
severely out-gunned. The opposition is intelligent, cunning,
deceitful, menacing and so on. Our attorney is passive, un-concerned,
too laid-back, unresponsive, etc...

We desparately need to find an aggressive and highly effective
attorney to represent our side.

As a third-party, I believe that each party has a reasonable case. I
believe it will be the effectiveness of the attorneys that will
determine the outcome here. So I need to find the rarest of things, an
exceptional attorney, someone who is proven.

This really is a shot in the dark, but our side is desparate, and
things are coming down to the wire. So if you or someone you know has
gone through a tough divorce and was fortunate enough to have the
"Johnnie Cochran" of divorce law on your side, please take my money :

May I suggest that since time is of the essence, contact a couple of
attorneys that specialize in estates and trusts. THEY will KNOW who
the best divorce attornies are.

Great divorce attorneys can be very expensive people to hire. Your
guy/gal is probably a solo or in a small firm (doesn't work well with
others or suffer fools gladly) and charges a big buck

Good luck!
