Hi!!
I got the following options:
Ubique Videmus
and
Undique Videmus
From both I prefer the Undique version because the meanings:
Ubique: anywhere, everywhere (ubiquitous);
Undique: from every side/direction/place/part/source; on all/both sides/surfaces;
everywhere; completely; allover; from every point of view, in
all respects;
As you can see Undique has a stronger signification related to what
you can say with "everywhere" (it is more enphatic).
Note that there is a more popular choice, and more elegant for mottoes:
OMNIA VIDEMUS
This last one has a source at the Unit Emblem of the Lowveld Airspace
Control Sector of the South African Air Force:
"Lowveld AirSpace Control Sector":
"OMNIA VIDEMUS", Latin for "WE SEE EVERYWHERE".

Search strategy:
My own knowledge (basic).
Aided by a translator software (Quick Latin).
Navigate the "Latin Dictionary and Grammar Aid" page at University of
Notre Dame website:
http://archives.nd.edu/latgramm.htm
Search at Google.com for: "We see everywhere" latin
I hope this helps you. Feel free to request for a clarification if you need it.
