Few questions about OTC markets (Pinksheets):
1/ Where can I find the list of Market Makers?

2/ What are the Benefits/Disadvantages of U.S. (and foreign) small
companies to list OTC? (the one which couldn?t meet NASDAQ, NYSE, AMEX
Listing requirements)

3/ What is the proportion of Foreign/US companies listing OTC?

4/ What are the costs? Is there any company specialized in ?Capital
Markets Strategy?, helping a company to get listed OTC, to meet with
market makers, to get enough liquidity, to meet with potential
investors etc?? Who are the main players in this industry?

5/ Is there any statistics about OTC investors? (Insitutional /
retail, Manager Style etc..)

You are making assumption that all stock have 'maketmaker' or 
'marketmakers'. For thinly traded stock that is not so, and that would
probably apply to all OTC stocks.
