I was able to find programs for New York City and NYPD intiated ones.
Will these be enough for you?

Hi easterangel!
As long as those ones are open to public volunteers, they'll do fine.

Hi! Thanks for accepting my proposal for an answer.

You can call the Mayor's Community Assitance Unit by dialing 311 to
volunteer for cleanup progams in your neighborhood. This organization
also cooordinates with the NYPD Anti-Graffiti Initiative.

The nationwide organization, Keep America Beautiful, also has a
graffiti cleanup program called Graffiti Hurts but it doesn't have
information on how to volunteer. Maybe you can call them and ask some
information on how to help.
