I wasn't able to locate the exact meaning of orange tulips, however
this should give you a good idea.  :)

Generally tulips mean: You are a perfect lover
Generally orange flowers mean: Fascination, warmth, happiness

According to the book "The Knot Book of Wedding Flowers", the Dutch
Tulip, which comes in a range of colors including orange, represents a
"declaration of love, honesty, happy years, memory."  Here is a link
