Is it possible to find a Corporate Charter for a Delaware corpoartion (public company) online? if yes, Where? How? if no, What is the best (i.e. fastest) way to get it? Thanks! |

If you own shares of the company, ask the company. You can also ask the secreatry of state of delaware. If you mention the company, someone might even be able to find it for you. |

Public company's are required to file their Corporate Charter with a number of their SEC filings, including their 10-K Annual Reports. If there's a specific company you're looking for, you can go to the link below. Insert the company's name as the search term, then look at the most recent 10-K filing. You should search the filing for the "Exhibit Index". NOTE: If they filed the charter before (maybe with a previous 10-K) and it hasn't been changed since then, they'll just incorporate by reference to that previous filing so just look at the Exhibit Index for the reference to the charter, see what filing they're incorporating by reference from, go to that filing and look at the relevant exhibit. http://www.sec.gov/edgar/searchedgar/companysearch.html |
