Denc rsearcher please note that at the following website address of
http://www.regd506.com/home the following statement is written :

"Working capital and closing costs may be included in the loan request
and paid at closing. What's important is this: All scenarios are
considered.

1) We can prepare a private offering for the entire amount required.
This is, obviously, a straightforward answer to obtaining the desired
financing. Where credit or transaction types permit, a private
offering is recommended".

so therefore Denco researcher I want to know that what is the
"meaning" of the above mentioned statement ??

Shoaib

Have you recently got a pay raise?

(Price of your average questions seems to have gone up!)

Shoaib,
As I mentioned elsewhere, no one can tell you more about these types
of websites than what you can read yourself. Furthermore, it seems
extremely unlikely that you will really be able to find a website
financial broker that will not charge youa a fee for his service,
prior to a loan being approved or even submitted to potential lenders.
The brokers know that people using internet to find financing are not
people who can easily get a loan - otherwise they would go straight
to a bank. Thus the brokers assume that many of the loan applications
they handle will be refused. To make money, they must get paid by the
person applying, regardless of and independent of whether the load
will be approved.

This is just assuming that they are honest and not a scam, which is
what Yonkers-ga thinks they all are.
Many commenters have personal experience and knowledge that makes
their comments as valid information as that of a Researcher. I
followed your questions at first out of curiousity about the forms of
financing advertised and then to try to help you recognize the
difficulties - either with the websites or with your expectations
that these types of sites can really help you. From what I have seen
and learned, this seems even more unlikely, and any further comments
by me cannot give you more insight into these types of websight than
you can see for yourself. Just rephrasing what they say is no
additional information.
Sorry.

the loan amount so therefore Myoarin-ga commenter you have not

therefore Myoarin-ga commenter it means that I have become victorious
for my question above. Myoarin-ga commenter if possible for you then

Sometimes, Shoaib, I think you deliberately ignore what it said in
answers and comments. Of course, I have not answered this question or
even attempted to, and tried to explain why.

If you feel that you have won by asking a question that has not or
could not be answered, fine - my congratulations.
