I have an idea that will help Hillary Clinton get elected President
How can I get the message to her in a way that she will certainly read
it and contact me.
The only way I know is to send her a registered. letter to her
Washington D.C. office is there other things that may work as well?

If you can't get into contact with her. Use a "inbetween" to get to
her. Try to get into contact with a person who can get into contact
with her.
Be creative! Put a poster in front of her office, so her employees
will see the poster.
