Mel Gibson is wearing a watch in the movie What Women Want that has a
black leather strap with white stitching and a thick silver casing. It
is a cronograph watch and the face of the watch is a blue, silver or
blue metalic color. there are scenes in the movie in which i tried to
zoom in on DVD but there was no clarity. at the board meeting within
the first 0 minutes and near the end when he meets with Morisa Tomea
and hugs here outside of his apartment building. Hope this helps.
