royalty rates from the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
Edgar Archive.

License agreements are submitted as exhibits to primary SEC filings,
such as 10-K reports and in form 20F.

We are loking for a researcher to make diligent and good faith effort
to retrieve atleast 25 to 30 Edgar filings in which the royalty
rate/license agreement details are present.

Great work and I really appreciate your professionalism.

I must admit, I didn?t expect it to be that easy :)


If possible, I would like to get some more ?royalty rates? for
hi-tech, specially Telecom and mobile technologies area. For e.g.
licensing agreements in cellular technologies, media compression,
video compression, 3D image processing, CDMA technology, GSM
technology, liquid crystal display (LCD), Hard disk, and 3D audio.

Hello again, and thanks for the kind feedback.

Here are some additional links to license agreements with lots of
details about royalty rates.

A few of them seem to hit the nail on the head in terms of the types
of technologies you asked about, but by and large, it was quite
difficult to pin down the searches in a way that would focus on
specific technologies.

Lest my earlier comments gave you the wrong impression, these searches
are not easy...the SEC files are so vast in terms of the amount of
materials reported, that any attempt at zeroing in on specific types
of materials has a real needle-in-the-haystack quality to it (give the
full-text search at EDGAR a try if you want to see what I mean).

If, after reviewing the results below, you find that you need
additional information that is specific to certain technologies, then
may I suggest you consider posting a new question here at Google
Answers that details the criteria of what you need.

While the searches are not easy, they're not impossible either, so
with some specific direction from you, I'm sure a reasearcher will be
able to provide you precisely the type of documents/filings you're
looking for.
