I?m looking for a listing of the top or simply the most used High Risk
companies that offer credit cards.

I?m looking for both companies that offer secured and Unsecured cards
but I would like the majority to be Unsecured. I need the following
contact information.

Company Name 
Website address
Email address
Business mailing address (not a PO Box) 

I would like to stay away from 3rd party websites that offer credit
cards.  I?m looking to contact  the actual credit card companies
directly so I need alternate contact information other that and email
for customer service or address for customer service.

I'd like 15 to 20. BUT if that is asking tooo much for $20.00 let me
know and I will adjust the pay out amount. If you can find more than
that just tell me what I NEED to adjust the payout amount to or what
additional I'd need to add to a tip and I will do that.
