Hello Petmitz-ga

It appears that Tom Wolfe is not gay. Tom Wolfe lives in New York City
with his wife, Sheila; his daughter, Alexandra; and his son, Tommy.

National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) : February 23, 2006

FromTom Wolfe?s biography:

?Wolfe lives in New York City with his wife, Sheila; his daughter,
Alexandra; and his son, Tommy.?

Tom Wolfe 1978: married Sheila Berger (daughter Alexandra b1980 now at
Duke, son Tommy b1985)

?Tom Wolfe was born on March 2, 1931 in Richmond, Virginia. He
attended Washington and Lee University and then got a Ph.D. in
American Studies at Yale. ? In 1978 he married Sheila Berger, and now
has two children.?

I hope the information provided is helpful!

What do you mean that it needs attention? Also lots of men who are
married who are gay. Could you clarify this? Thank you.

I did not find any evidence that Tom Wolfe is gay.

Have you read about this somewhere? If you have can you tell me where.

It seems odd to me that some people began to wonder if Tom Wolfe might
be gay because he wrote a novel that is told from a female point of
view. Scores of women have written novels from male points of view,
and folks didn't instantly assume that they were lesbians.
