Does it affect the credit store  or is there any negative impact while
applying for govt.  loans?

Let me clarify:
If someone take benefits provided by government  in USA  such as stare
sponsored healthcare plans  , for low income..person..
Dies it affect credit score of the person who is taking the  benefits
of govt sponsored health insurace  for low income  such as medicare ,
medicaid etc?
Is there any impact on credit score  for taking bank loan , house loan
 business loan ?
Will it be mentioned anywhere in the personal credit report that such
a peson has taken such benefit provided by govt. funded money..
e.g. in NY state , state sponsored family health plus plan  ..
