Hi,
The problem is that what you weigh doesn't have as much to do with
your clothing size as where you carry the weight.
Imagine a woman at 5' 5" who weighs 90 pounds with 36" hips, a 17"
waist and 34" bust. That's probably someone who would wear a 10.
The same woman with 30" hips and a 20" waist would be looking at a 4 -
6 ? depending on sizing. Sizing gets less predictable when you get to
smaller numbers.
A cross dressing site adds height information to the usual hips,
waist, bust drill:

They provide information on height together with the usual
measurements in inches.
A site for waders (fishing gear) has
weight/height/shoesize/inseam/outseam/bust considered, but they only
give small, medium, large type sizes.

A bicycle clothing shop gets weight information for women's Women's
Shorts, Tights, and Knickers sizing but again only gives S, M, L
choices and when it comes to tops, they drop the wieght information
altogether.

Online Conversion has a neat tool that converts US/UK/Europe/Japan
sizes. Enter one and the others pop in. Very neat! They also address
height information, but weight is measured as "slender" not in pounds
or kilos.

The site of Simplicity sewing patterns
http://www.simplicity.com/s1d.htm has some great chrts the take
additionalareas into account when figuring size.
But no one calculates women's clothing based on height and weight...
Good luck in your quest!
