What is the total size of the "tape measure" market($ and units)in the
United States?  By "tape measure" I am referring to the type of small
hand tool sold in hardware departments and home improvement centers
and used for carpentry and miscellaneous measuring needs.

I was unable to find unit figures, however a Korean company which only
makes tape measures, Komelon, describes the market size as:

$300 million USA
$1000 million Worldwide
