Could you help me locate links dealing with IRS Tax rulings,i.e.,
(court cases), dealing with U S Citizens renouncing their U S
Citizenship and going back to their country of origin.

This is the only IRS Revenue Ruling I found -- and appears to be the
main ruling cited -- for situations such as you describe:
Rev. Rul. 79-152
Expatriation to avoid tax.

It should provide you the information you need on this very specific tax situation.
