Weichou,
Can you restate this question? Do you want the actual ASTM D5231-92
(USA), and similar methods for other coutries, such as those listed?
Do you already have the USA method?

Would a report of the following type meet your needs?
"Protocol for sampling and evaluating fly ash from non-hazardous solid
waste incineration facilities."

Part I: My understanding of the question is in three parts, as
follows:
1. What MSW methods, similar to ASTM D5231-92, are used in at least 10
other countries (not including Taiwan)?
2. What international organizations (such as ISO) have defined similar
MSW methods? If so, which ones?
3. Has the EPA defined any other method(s) of the same kind? If so,
which ones?
Is this what you need to find?
Part II:
The MSW method prescribed by ASTM D5231-92 basically entails sampling
the solid waste by manual sorting. There are, of course, many
varieties of manual sorting, but the objective is always to separate
the waste components for processing, data reduction, and reporting.
The research should be limited to "manual sorting" methods -- correct?
