Norway. They can be contacted via e-mail to fipfiske@online.no or by
phone +47 97 89 78 74. I cannot guarantee that the person answering
the phone speaks English, so I guess the better option is to send them
an e-mail.

I visited the store today (on other business), and they pointed out
that they have only one of this CD left in stock and probably won't
reorder it if they sell it to seomeone else. They agreed to put it
aside for you until Monday 22nd. I don't think they will recieve any
other overseas orders for this CD, but you could tell them that it is
being held for Lisa (even if that is not your real name).

Are you sure you used the correct e-mail address? I just tried
sending an e-mail to fipfiske@online.no myself, and I received a reply
from the person who is keeping the CD for you. I suggest you should
try sending the email again, double-checking that you type the address
correctly.
If the e-mail fails another time, please tell me here, and I'll try to
link you and the seller in some other way.

shop does not have their own website. You can, however, contact them
by e-mail.
Their e-mail address is fipfiske@online.no. Please write an email to
this address, telling that you'd like to order the Stefan Nilsson CD
(they are expecting your order). They will probably respond with an
exact price quote and instructions for how to make the PayPal payment.
