My desire is this to build.

start a fully automated online  site.
it should have this features.
1.private messaging amongst members.

buy the code to activate acc,
there must be something that generates the code and verified it is
right in my site.
then i want to able customise ,say i can accs expire after 3 monts

there should be a messaging center.
a gallery.
lastly,i want to restrict access to my at particular levels.
e.g there would user 1,2,3
every other thing an online community  site should have

  Thanks for thinking in me to help you in this question, I will try
to help as much as possible.

From what I understand, you need a modified postnuke/phpnuke,
althought you want a lot of modifications. It's very hard to
understand your english, but I have extracted the following:
-Build a PHP community site
-User registration (gender, location, age, e-mail, etc)
-To activate their account they need to "buy" a code from a physical agent
-Private messaging between members
-Accounts have expiration date and must buy another codes to renew the account
-There should be a gallery (for what?)
-There should be user levels with access to different features

Your project seems to me "very big" for Google Answers, which is an
information service instead a software development service. I just
develop such project under special circumstances and I always ask
Google Editors to know if I'm allowed to do it.

On the other hand, the limit a customer can pay for an answer is
$200+$200 tip I think, which I don't think would be enough for this
kind of job.

ok,dont mind my english ,i was typing in a hurry.
now,my idea is to build a simple site that is like a community.
it should have this features.

Ok, so to start working, let's plan the steps:

1st. Install a community site in my host (I will setup PHP-Nuke on
your host, you will get most of what you need)

2nd. Modify the registration to require more data and add expiration
and permissions to the accounts

3rd. Integrate the generation of codes by till

4th. Tune up the site with gallery, chat and forums

So it's a matter for you to post 4 independent questions and price
each one accordingly the work needs to be done.

Regarding the other question, it would be great if you post a new

look at this the see if u can customize it to have the features already listed.
If it does not fit ,then it has to be written u can download a copy

it, PostNuke has fame to be more stable and secure, this is true, but
also is less advanced than PHPNuke, I have modified several postnukes
and I like more the PHPNuke flavor.

In fact, postnuke is a fork of PHPNuke and share a lot of code. I can
install PostNuke or PHPNuke, I don't care, you decide, but I recommend
PHPNuke.

Regarding maintenance, you will have a full control panel to manage
the site without my help, once we finish the job, you won't depend on
me.

If you want to start right now, I will need private access to your
host, you can create a text document with that information and use

the installation script.
u can use ws_ftp rpo software.

an instance of the PHP executable "for each page request", while if
the PHP is setup as module, it just creates one. I'm going to check

bugs/problems in the system which are not described in the F.A.Q.",
try it, because apache runs sometimes and sometimes not and this is a
server problem, not from the website. I have searched over the web
about 50free and a lot of people love it, but there are comments about
websites not working without a reason. I experienced with free
hostings some time ago with f2s, very good for a start, but they close
signups before a lot of people created an account and the problems
started to arise. Do you plan to host this site on a professional
hosting? It would be the best..., in any case I will try to make it
working on your host.
