I need to know when and where my grandfather, William Francis Cooper
Wolfe married my grandmother, Ruhama Rambo.  I believe they were
married in Tehama County, CA, specifically in Red Bluff, but I'm not
sure.  The marriage took place inbetween the years 1884 and 1892
