Yesterday in the morning and again after the burial service in
California, a video Montage was played on ABC. I would like to know
the title of the music played as background for that montage.  Also,
where to purchase, if possible.

Thanks for your help.   I was not able to access the link you provided
 I am on a MAC and tomorrow I can try a Windows computer to see if
that works.  Maybe then I can hear the music.

I am quite certain that the music you're looking for is the title
theme from "The American President," a 1995 film. The theme was
written by Marc Shaiman. This music was used by ABC in their edited
summary of the services for Ronald Reagan.

The soundtrack album of "The American President" contains this theme
and other music from the film.

I'm 100% sure that Pinkfreud has correctly identified the music in
question. I happened to tape one of ABC's Reagan montages this week. 
It's the same music.

Since I probably will not be able to access this link for a couple of
days I will go ahead and believe that this is the correct music and
