Dear Vaac,
What you received is an unsolicited mail, in the sense that someone
sent you mail without you asking to receive it. This is illegal
practice in any countries and considered immoral business practice,
even when it is not illegal. This is a bit similar to the pizza
brochures you probably receive in the postal box every day, with a
small difference.
Those who are involved in this practice in the Internet are usually
con artists of some kind. If an offer sounds too good to be true, it
usually is. New software has a set price, and no-one, unless they
pirated the software, could offer you the software in much lower
prices. The only sources where you could sometime get good deals
without being stung is eBay or Amazon. In these stores, you have an
authority that could settle disputes with the seller (shall they
rise), you have someone who tries to scan out fraud attempts and
pirated software, and you could have a secure way to transform your
money to this person without having them knowing your credit card/bank
account details.
Here I get to another problem with those emails. Sometimes, you reach
a form, telling you to fill details, but would receive nothing, or
would receive an error message. In fact, someone just "phished" (see
my explanation of that at "Here's an Absolutely Impossible Question,
so Who's Going to Have a Go?"
<http://answers.google.com/answers/threadview?id=253410>). I hope you
haven't inserted any details in the site, such as credit card number.
If you had, please check ASAP with your credit card company, explain
the situation and ask what to do.
Now, I am not refering directly to Philomena Lemore in any of these
indicators, because I haven't found such a name of a company (or
person) anywhere online. Which might be another warning sign: if you
receive an offer that seems good to you, check more about the company.
If the company appears nowhere, this could be a bad sign.
Here is a bit more on spam and how to deal with it;

I hope this answered your question. Please contact me if you need any
further clarification on this answer before you rate it.
