Hi,

I need to find a 4 character sequence that doesn't generate any direct
hits from Google search.

ie any 4 characters a-z. eg wwer, wwwq, gfge, vvcd, dewe.

I foolishly bet there would be some combinations with no hits - but I
can't find any!

Just find me a single case with no direct hits and thats my answer!
Either try lots randomly - or maybe you have the technology to try
loads systematically?

Every 4 character combination of the 26 letter alphabet appears to be
mentioned. Can we use other keyboard characters in place of any one or
more letters?

There! I did it.

If we were to include multi-byte characters as a single "character"
(such as Chinese kanji characters) then there would easily be millions
of such combinations that have never been seen on the internet...

The best I've done so far with English letters is 83 results for "qkjw":
