In your opinion dear Researchers, which has been the 'best' or 'most
interesting' question that you have seen in this matchless Q & A forum thus far?

Why did this question stimulate/ intrigue/ entertain/ or even haunt you?

There will be a nice tip on March 5th for the comment that piques my interest.

Thank you everyone!

Kudos and ultimate bragging rights will go to the most illustrious
comment by a non-researcher. Wish I could do more...

This may say a lot about me, but the question that has stayed in my
mind the most is this one:

What Color is Penguin Poop?

This question, definitely:

I found this question most fascinating, for two reasons. First,
because of enthusiastic, surprising reaction it caused: "This answer
changed my life
(yes my workers at Google you can quote that in your marketing
campaigns [:)]). I am definitely going to visit India."

And then, because it is connected with something incredible. Two days
earlier, when I didn't know about the Palm Leaves Library at all, I
bought a pocket book from a rummage table and I read it. It contained
a chapter about that miraculous library in India. And when I saw the
question, asking for exactly that library, just after I finished
reading the book, I couldn't believe it ... life is full of mysteries.

Although no Researcher would ever admit it, the Best Questions are
undoubtedly those that carry a $200 Price Tag and yet they manage to
defeat all 500 Researchers for 24 hours or longer.

I therefore nominate #441254.

Can you imagine what 200 bucks looks like?

I am with Pink. I also remember this area the best:

The "best question" could be different things to different people. I
especially like this one because of the impressive response and also
because it was posted by a favorite ("favourite" for him) commenter
(who should win the "kudos and ultimate bragging rights"):

The most mysterious (let's call it "haunting") question is the first
one that appears if you search with:
byrd car

I was trying this in the hope of finding a fantastic answer that was a
long stream of consciousness story about driving in the snow. Someone
else will have to identify it.

And Scriptor is too modest with his suggestion, though such timely
chance is the reward for catholic (small "c") interests. I found his
answer to this question by far the greater exercise:

Myo, I can't see any answer at all by Scriptor to #422066.

For sheer amazingness, though, how about the one where he created an
entire carolingian church for me?
