I already asked this question but I didn't get an answer so I am
hoping offering the top price may get me the answer I want.
I did get some helpful comments but I need someone to research the
full details of each part of this TV show and especially, I wish to
obtain the top 10 goals of all time as featured on this programme on
video or by some other means. I will only accept this as an answer,
sorry if it seems unreasonable, but if I offer the top price, I want a
perfect answer and complete information.
What I want is full details of the programs which were shown that
night and the details of the company who produced these programs and
how I can obtain copies of what was shown. If that's really
impossible, please comment and let me know but I just need to know
once and for all.
Thanks
I remember a TV programme concerning football (soccer) on BBC2 in the
UK which was a "one off" special a few years ago. I can't remember
the exact title (I have a feeling it was called "football heaven" or
something with the word 'heaven' in but I do know these facts about
it:
1. It was longer than average, a few hours at least (possibly 4-7)
2. It was a one-off programme, I believe it had the title 'heaven' in
3. It contained the "top 10 goals" of all time, including a curling
goal from Nelinho, a rocket from Bobby Charlton and a chip from George
Best.
4. It featured a game of very many fouls from World Cup History.
5. It featured quite a bit of Pele not surprisingly.
If anyone can positively identify this programme, I would be grateful.
I am sorry I can't give more information off hand but I remember
recording it and losing it and I have just called the BBC in London to
get no helpful response - the programme information unit is: +44 8700
100 222 or in the UK 0870 0 100 222.
Thanks for any help. I'd like a copy of this ideally and I will
definitely pay for it. Identifying the production company who made
this programme would be the icing on the cake.
If you need more clarification, I will do my best. |

Hi,
Referring to your previous question on this topic, since the actual
programmes were identified and one of them was found, are you just
looking for the remaining programmes?
Brazil 1970: The Sexiest Kick-off
The World of George Best
Chile vs Italy 1962
The Ball Is Round

Hi Endo
Basically, the Football Heaven video you mentioned is different -
these are the goals from the Premier League while the ones featured on
this program were the top 10 goals of all time.
I guess obtaining the programs you mentioned is high on my list of
priorities, yes, since I've posted the maximum payment. But the
absolute most important thing for me is that in part of this football
epic night, there were "the top 10 goals of all time" and I really
really want that recording. One of the goals featured Bobby Charlton
and the commentator (Ken Wolstenholme) saying
"That was a goal good enough to win the league, the cup...the Charity
Shield, the World Cup and even the Grand National."
There must be some person who knows the details - I just hope you or
someone else can track them down.
Thanks
Richard

Hey...take a look at this:

It's not listed as "BBC-2", but it looks like it could be awfully close.
What do you think.
