I would like to find an attractive female, who would like to have a
large family (8+ kids), has conservative views, is Roman Catholic, and
has similar interests as me. I have dated only a few women, for short
periods of time, and none of them worked out. I like hockey, skating,
foosball, bowling, and extreme climates. I am traditional/old
fashioned, and shy. I do not expect answers that say to be more
outgoing, etc, etc, since that is not the issue. I need to know where
to go or what to do, and I will do it. To make things even worst, I
am in California where the price of housing is insane, I am originally
from Michigan and have been in Cali for 2 years. I plan to move back
to Michigan in the very near future to be closer to family, friends
and cheaper homes! Have I made this difficult enough for you? I
realize this must be a 1 in a million chance in today's word, but its
worth a shot. I don't have a lot of money as I am trying to save up
for a house, so hopefully someone can help with the meager amount I am
offering. I do realize that it takes a decent income to support a
large family, and I am working on a few ideas in that respect, but I
believe God will provide and never leave one "hanging". Thanks and
God bless.

PS If I use your advice and find that special lady, and marry her, I
will pay for your ticket to the wedding and very nice lodging.

I think 8+ is beyond the range of most, economically and emotionally.
Anyway, have you considered central american, such as Pacific coast
Costa Rica or Venezuela.

My friend once dated a South American and she was a nice package who
was also a qualified professional engineer. But I doubt if even she
would want 8 kids.

Frankly, to find that 1-in-a-million girl, I'd use the Internet to
increase your chances of her hearing about you.

I'd post these requirements on every reputable Catholic Dating
Personals dating site you can find (and afford).

Here's an example:

ChristianSingles
http://www.christianstogether.com/default.htm

This search string will get you started:

"Roman Catholic" singles OR dating OR personals "large family"

Don't miss the ads for Catholic Dating Sites on the right.

You're not the only guy searching:

How does one find a girl interested in having many children?
http://answers.google.com/answers/threadview?id=446317

If this helps you, and you would like me to elaborate by selecting
several reputable sites for you to join, and post the information as
an answer, let me know, otherwise just consider this helpful advice.

Why is 8+ a goal? Do you come from such a family? (You don't have to answer.)
Your own ideas may change after the first couple, 3, 4 children are
born, your wife's, also, despite an initial consensus on the subject.

Don't worry, when SHE comes along, you'll know.

And after you get wed, she will gradually convert you to her ideas.

And, you know what?

You'll enjoy it!

And just maybe she'll want 20 children, so be prepared.

Go to Puerto Rico's west coast-- surfing Rincon, urban Mayaguez, rural
Cabo Rojo-- and you'll be innundated with scads of nubile Catholic
gals that have been "traditionally" raised by their mothers, would
love to live on the mainland (NOT Michigan, though! No sane person
leaves PR or Cali for Michigan), and have aching uteruses (that is,
one uterus each, but... oh, you understand).

Property is reasonable on the west coast and you may decide to stay.
Many people build their own houses, sometimes as the second story to
the parent's house.

As for the climate, it is extremely humid half the year and extremely
wonderful the other half. Never gets above 100 degrees, never goes
below 50, pretty much stays between 70 and 90.

*sigh*
