Question ID: 715698
I want to know that for what purpose 'Working capital' is used for projects ??

Request for Question Clarification by denco-ga on 08 Apr 2006 11:20 PDT
Howdy Shoaib,

Here is the WebFinance definition of "working capital" from their
investorwords.com website.
http://www.investorwords.com/5334/working_capital.html

"Current assets minus current liabilities. Working capital measures
how much in liquid assets a company has available to build its
business."

As the commenter states, this ends up being the cash in hand that a
company has available to use. The company adds up their assets and
subtracts their total liabilities.

The final number might be a negative number, meaning the company has
negative working capital.

Denco researcher you have provided above the definition of working
capital so therefore I want to know that in the following website
address for what purpose the working capital has been used for
commercial investment so that I should be able to come to know clearly
about the working capital : http://premierbusinessfunding.com/

Howdy Shoaib,

Keep in mind that with this further question, you have stepped beyond the
scope (and pricing) of the original question.

The end result of the process, referenced on the Premier Business Funding
website, is to provide "cash in hand," which is a definition of "working
capital."
http://www.premierbusinessfunding.com/

There are many ways to obtain "working capital" for a business, but Premier
is offering a "cash advance" of sorts, based on future receivables of the
business. Note that the business would make the "repayment through a small
percentage of ... daily credit card processing volume."

of the international finance brokerge organization and to pay for the
property appraisal costs and on-site inspection costs of the property

Howdy Shoaib,

Working capital, that is, cash in hand, can be used for any purpose,
such as the example that you outline. Getting that working capital,
however, from a company such as Premier Business Funding, might be
contingent on the company having an ongoing cash inflow.

Denco researcher please note that I am completely satisfied with your
above answer but I need a little clarification of your answer. You
have stated above that working capital is "cash in hand" so therefore
I want to know that what does it means ??

Denco researcher you have stated above that working capital can be
used for ANY PURPOSE for example working capital can be used to pay
for all of the costs of the fees of the international finance
brokerge organization and to pay for the property appraisal costs and
on-site inspection costs of the property and to pay for the costs of
fees of the attorney for purchase of
property and to pay for all other costs associated with the purchase
of the property ETC for commercial investment so therefore I want to
know that what is the difference between "working capital AND
unsecured/signature business/personal loans" because you had stated
in my previous question ID that 'unsecured/signature
business/personal loans' can also be used to pay for all of the above
mentioned property purchasing costs for commercial investment ?? Denco
resercher thanks for above help from Shoaib.

Clarification of Answer by denco-ga on 10 Apr 2006 17:36 PDT
Howdy Shoaib,

The definition of "working capital" is just that, cash in hand, that is, any
cash a company would have beyond their liabilities. Working capital can come
in many forms, including unsecured/signature business/personal loans.

Working capital is the money, and a loan is one way to obtain that cash. The
type of loan obtained, and the terms of that loan, will determine what that
loan, which might be used as working capital, may be used to fund.

know that World Source Finance OR www.capitalinfo.biz worldwide loan
and finance brokerge organization can arrange "working capital" to pay
for "all of the costs of its fees and also to pay for all of the above
mentioned costs" in the form of working capital AND please note that
borrower should pay "nothing" for above mentioned finance requirements
for purchase of property for commercial investment ?? Denco researcher

Myoarin-ga commenter acording to my opinion your comment below is not
correct. Myoarin-ga commenter please note that international loan
doctors inc. or www.regd506.com worldwide loan and finance brokerage
organization which works with tens of thousands of funding sources
around the world arranges 100% loan-to-value (LTV) property mortgage
loans and this brokerage organization also arranges additional finance
to pay for "all of the closing costs" for purchase of the property and
this brokerage organization also arranges working capital to pay for
all of the costs of its 3% brokerage commission and its 3% brokerage
commission would be included in the loan amount in the form of working
capital for commercial investment and please note that I had also
received the email of its CEO Larry Marsella and he had informed to me
in his email that 3% commision of this international brokerage
organization can be included in the loan amount in the form of working
capital and therefore borrower would have to pay nothing for the above
mentioned loan and finance requirement. Myoarin-ga commenter if you
can provide clarification of my above mentioned statement then please
provide that clarification and best regards from Shoaib.

it would not be an inexpensive operation to finance.

Don't be daft

- 'working capital' is cash in pocket - to get the job done.

Strikes me that you are looking at the skies, when you need to
co-ordinate your feet - think small ... think useful. Co-ordination
pays dividends.
Subject: Re: Question
From: myoarin-ga on 10 Apr 2006 17:17 PDT

Shoaib,
Perhaps I can explain. Working capital is not a kind of loan. It is
cash that you have within your company. It may be the result of
profitable operation, it can be the proceeds of a loan, once you have
the loan. When it says on a website that the outfit will lend you
working capital, it means that the loan can be used as working
capital.

Premier Business Funding seems to have a special program, whereby it
advances money - a loan - to companies that have credit card
receipts, such as a restaurant. Apparently, it can get repayment of
the loan by an arrangement that takes a portion of the credit card
transactions. Sounds like an interesting scheme, but I never heard of
such before.
This, I believe, is not something that would work for your project.

Incidentally, Premier's website is very new and rather suspicious, as
it will expire after only one year. That does not seem likely for a
company that is expecting to stay in business long enough to recover
any loans.

Hi Shoaib,
If you read your clarification to me carefully, you will see that we
are not contradicting each other. You - and Larry M - say that a
loan can include funds to be used as working capital, but the working
capital is only available, if the loan is made.

I wouldn't put much hope in The Loan Doctors, Inc. Anyone claiming
that he has "tens of thousands" of investors waiting to help is
exagerating in the extreme.
If investors were that easy to find, the "Broker Funding" site
wouldn't be have anyone looking at it - whatever it does.

Cheers, Myoarin
