loan brokers' of the above mentioned international loan and finance
brokerage organization because the above mentioned brokerage
organization works only with international loan brokers for arranging

Working capital is essentially cash, so it can come in the form of loans,
gifts, money that is earned by working a day (or night) job, etc.  It is
just the money that one has available to invest into a business.

Howdy Shoaib,

Working capital is essentially cash, so it can come in the form of loans,
gifts, money that is earned by working a day (or night) job, etc.  It is
just the money that one has available to invest into a business.

When it comes to the kinds of loans that can produce working capital, it
can be most any kind, such as a unsecured/signature business/personal, or
or a home equity loan, etc.  Working captial can come from hocking (using
a pawn shop) a personal possession (car, etc.) or through a line of credit
as well.  Pretty much any source of money will produce working capital.

I do not see any reason that working capital can't be paid in advance, but
keep in mind that some funding sources will want to know if those funds
were from a borrowed source.

Howdy Shoaib,

If an international loan and finance brokerage company can arrange
working capital loans then they MIGHT be able to arrange a working
capital loan
and/or a unsecured/signature business/personal loan in advance to pay for
all of the costs of the fees of that international loan so that the
borrower has to pay nothing for the processing of the loan and finance
for purchase of residential property for commercial investment.

Without finding a place that explicitly states an arrangement such as the
one above, one should not assume that a broker, etc. that can arrange a
working capital loan will not have stipulations that might preclude the
use of that loan for the purposes you outline.

As usual, I looked at your question.  As I read Broker Funding Group's
site, the outfit offers a service to financial brokers, that is  -
taking you for example -  a broker that you had approached would go to
Broker Funding to use it to identify sources of funding.  That is to
say, you as a borrower would not be served by it directly.
This is an interesting idea, since it suggests that those many
financial brokers on the web, who suggest that they have investors
just waiting to lend, may be misrepresenting the situation  - if there
is a market for what Broker Funding offers.

It is extremely interesting to note that the website was established
only in September of 2005  - although the website says the outfit has
been in business since 1998 -  and will expire in September this year.

Scriptor-ga, who has been researching many questions about scams,
points out that this is a red flag.  Typical of such, Broker Funding
wants to see money up front.  Sure, there is a promise about refunds,
but as we hear, unfortunately, actually getting money back from
outfits that have not delivered is often very difficult.

So, my opinion is that Broker Funding cannot provide funding  - for
any kind of project.  My second opinion is that since the people
behind Broker Funding think that there is even a possible market for
this kind of service to financial brokers, then they must have some
reason to think that those people (many of whom you have asked about)
do not have funding available and are also so naive that they might
fall for a scam.

In reference to your clarification: Many of your questions have been
about such international loan brokers.
If you haven't had success with them, it may have been because they did not 
want your project, but it may also have been because they did not really 
have the funding available.

Globalfinanceonline is a UK-based site.  It only provides links to
financial institutions that provide the types of financing listed at
the top of the site.
except for property financing.  But a click there brings up a page
with this statement:
"Please use this enquiry form if you are a UK based property developer
seeking finance. Send us details of your property finance requirements
and we will quickly respond to your needs."
