What happened to the nuns at the Good Shepherd Home in Mesilla Park
NM?  I was an "inmate" there in 1957 and when I went back in 1983 the
home had been turned into a condominium.  For more information see my

Thank you for directing your question to me. However, after
researching your previous questions in 2004 and additional research
today, I have not been able to find any information regarding the Good
Shepherd Home. Perhaps you would like to close this question and open
another without my name in the subject line for other researchers to
take a look at. Hopefully someone will have better luck.

Hope you don't mind my butting in, but I took a look at some old
newspaper stories on Good Shepard.  When the Home was closed, the
papers only say that the nuns were "assigned to other convents".  Only
the Mother Superior was mentioned by name, Sister M. Immaculata, but
there was no indication where she went after Good Shepherd was closed.

Just wanted to let you know what turned up from a newspaper files search.
