mortgagesaver01-ga,
It's possible to investigate the background of a business or a
business person, and with a bit of luck, return a good deal of
information.
However, there's no way of knowing in advance what will turn up. We
may be able to shed light on some of the questions you asked, but I
doubt a researcher would find information on all the questions.
In particular, the number of customers a company has, and the number
that have/haven't been successful isn't usually the type of
information that would be publicly available anywhere except if the
company itself makes a statement with that sort of information.
Complaints and lawsuits are more likely to turn up in a comprehensive
search, but again, there's no way of knowing until the effort is made
to look.
In short, I'd be happy to do a background check for you -- and make a
good-faith effort to uncover whatever information is available -- but
I can only do it if you can accept a certain amount of risk regarding
the answer, which may contain a lot of information on, say, lawsuits,
or may simply say something like "I could find no lawsuits regarding
these companies or Mr. Padons".
Here are some questions I've answered in the past on scams or companies:

Yes, I Am willing to accept any results that you may find including
and answer that includes the fact that no pending or previous lawsuits
have been filed against the owner or company as a whole. Any detailed
information that you can provide on this particular ?Biz Opp? would be
greatly appreciated. I am simply trying to avoid getting my hopes up
and running full steam ahead with an idea that is nothing more than a
scam.

I'm not convinced by what I've seen so far that this is a scam (though
caution is certainly advised!)...the BBB rating is largely based on
the fact that they have little information either pro or con on this
particular company.
But you appear to have written them off, so I'm not clear what your
question is at this point. Do you still want a background check on
Done Ventures and it's related entities?
Let me know.

Pafalafa, I appreciate the information that you have been given and
yes I believe that this is NOT the opportunity for me there at too
many things that point to a Scam. I will gladly pay for the research
you have done so far. I would like to post another question for you to
answer along the same line as I am very eager to find a legitimate
company providing this type of service to work with. I will pose the
question and direct to you if this is ok?

I'm honored that you'd offer to direct a question my way.
However, if your question would be aimed at finding a non-scam company
in a field filled with scammers, I have to say, I'd probably be
reluctant to take it on. I'd hate to wind up steering you in the
wrong direction.
Your best bet may be to post a new question and leave it open for all.
I'll be sure to take a look at it, but if I take a pass on it, there
are many researchers here at Google Answers who could do just as good
a job as I would, and perhaps even better.
As for this current question of yours, please let me know if you'd
like me to post my remarks as an answer, and I'll be happy to do so.
But if not, I suggest you cancel the question to avoid any confusion.
Best of luck in your ventures,
paf
P.S. As for DONE Ventures, they may or may not be a scam. But I came
across a blurb on Ben Padnos and he certainly has a
respectable-sounding background, as far as one can tell from
a...well...blurb:
