Let us just assume that Oncorintl.com and the others have the know-how
to do so, and assume that a researcher were able to confirm this  -
perhaps by some insider access to one such deal, one that is really an
example of "unusual OR complex  non-institutional non-conforming  real
estate mortgage  loans and Equity finance."

This information would still be of no use to you if you   - or I -  
were seeking financing.  The only way to know if your or my project
would be financed is to submit a request.  A Google Answers
confirmation of "general information" that the organization "can"
handle such a request is of no significance.
