Howdy Shoaib,

It appears that Harry Hoffmann will do the foreign country part, at least
in Asia or Europe, but there is no explicit indication about Mexico, which
is your usual country of interest.

As for difficult projects, Harry Hoffmann says the following.
http://www.harry-hoffmann.com/Project_funding.htm

"For small, medium size and large projects also in difficult situations:
- very low equity
- in a difficult environment
- at complicated market situations

Direct contacts to large and worldwide operating institutions and suppliers
support successful project implementation and project funding"

He also says the following.
http://www.harry-hoffmann.com/Risk_management.htm

"Funding of projects, transactions and companies if sufficient securities
for normal bank loans are not available
...
We provide combined Bank Guarantees and Bank Loans for financing."

My analysis of the site indicates that the Harry Hoffmann organization can
and will handle unusual and complex non-institutional real estate projects.
It also appears that they will do equity loans as well.

As to non-conforming loans, the web site does not appear to explicitly
address that part of your question, and there are not enough details or any
specifics at all to tell how the Harry Hoffmann organization will react to
your usual needs of all the costs, such as closing costs needing to paid by
the finance package, etc.

If you need any clarification, please feel free to ask.

Search strategy: Went to the web site in question and reviewed it in detail.

Shoaib,
Since Harry Hoffman lives in here in Germany, I searched on his name
and was surprised to find the name of an acquaintance on the same
site, a person who offers fanancial services to individuals. I know a
little about this person's activities from discussions and having
translated a brochure or two for him.

Then I checked where Hoffmann lives. Tornesch is a little town of
13,000 inhabitants several miles NW of Hamburg, and the street shown
on his site is a purely residential area; he works from his home, as
do most of these "financial advisors."

Their primary activity is selling investments to wealthy individuals,
especially investments that provide tax advantages, whereby their
expertise is with the German tax system, of course. These investments
are usually arranged by investment companies: funds, real estate
projects, insurance policies, ... , whatever they can that pays them a
good return, which is often concealed from the investor. The man I
know said he wouldn't touch anything that did not give him 15% of the
investment sum, whereby I know that the budgeted "marketing expense"
on brochures for real estate projects showed only 10% of investment.

The financial services these people sell may indeed be "unusual,
complicated" and so on, but they are not "one-off" transactions
tailor-made for a single investor. They may sell you a real estate
investment in S.America with financing arranged, but it will be
project from their contacts, not something you propose to them, and
they will be getting a good commission.

These are one and two man operations. If they can arrange loans, it
will be through other lenders and almost certainly only within
Germany. Regardless of how their websites read, they will avoid the
hassle of working with a foreign investor seeking financing for a
project in still another country. It isn't worth their time and they
don't have the expertise. As good marketing people, they probably
will not refuse directly but rather refer you to someone else, who
will probably be polite and tell you that the first person made a
mistake by sending you to him.

I am sorry to put a damper on your hopes with this name, but in this
case I do have some personal knowledge that I could share with you.

Regards, Myoarin
